How We Succeed

As a truly independent insurance broker, AE Taylor has maintained profitable trading relationships with the majority of the UK's leading insurance companies. This strategy has been at odds with many of our competitors who have decided to channel the majority of their business through a small number of preferred insurers. At AE Taylor, we feel that the role of the independent broker is to offer our clients best advice, not to merely offer products and services, which attract the highest rates of commission.

At AE Taylor we feel our staff are our greatest asset. Our team bring a perfect balance of youth and maturity with expertise brought from both experience and qualification. We have staff from both sides of the fence, from insurance companies and brokers. This blend of differing approaches is often invaluable when negotiating complex or contentious issues with insurers, it enables us to anticipate and resolve problems far earlier in any negotiation.   How We Succeed

We strive to always offer a truly professional service and are always happy to visit clients at the office or at home. 24 hour contact numbers for senior staff are provided to all clients.

How We Succeed   We always place our clients business with the most suitable insurer for the risk in question. This is a decision we try to make jointly with our clients and is based on a combination of the insurance company's industry knowledge & expertise, policy cover, claims service and pricing. We will present our clients business face to face with the insurance company if appropriate, whether that is in Manchester or London. Our brokers are frequently in London where it is more common practice to broke business face to face with insurers.
